To lose it all at the blink of an eye

Sometimes is the lifeline you need,
One that for so long has been neglected
Shows you are worthy of a good deed.

It moves you to tears and you can take a breath
Freely for the first time in months and mend
You sometimes felt far from life and closer to death
When you realise you always had an unexpected friend.
